Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions provide information for patients who are thinking of undertaking non surgical cosmetic procedures at The London Skin Clinic. They detail the procedures availble and the process in the rare circumstances that you suffer complications.
When you unertake a procedure at The London Skin Clinic you are contracting with The London Skin Clinic. The services are provided to you by The London Skin Clinic and we have contracted with practitioners and other staff to provide services to The London Skin Clinic in order that we can provide them to you under this agreement.
a. On arrival at The London Skin Clinic you will meet with a member of staff/practitioner prior to the commencement of treatment.
b. During this meeting an assessment of your needs will be made and your medical history taken. This will enable us to tailor the treatment that is recommended to you.
c. This thorough consultaiton will enable you to make a decision regarding the recommended treatment. ON making this decision you will be asked to sign a consent form which will enable you have the treatment selected at this point.
2. The practitioner
a. The practitioners are owners or are employed by The Londn Skin Clinic.
b. It is essential that you answer any questions put to you by the practitioner or other clinical staff accurately, truthfully and completely and provide any information which may affect your consultation, treatment or outcome.
3. Personal Details
You agree that we, The London Skin Clinic, can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with non surgical cosmetic services and treatment and administering our agreement with you.
We may also occassionally use your contact details to provide you with information about other services we provide, offers we are making or services we may provide in the future. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information from time to time.
4. Your questions answered...
a. What if undergo a treatment and suffer complications?
The London Skin Clinic does not provide a guarantee of the aesthetic result of any treatment. We do however take steps to ensure that the practitioners and other staff are trained to the highest possible standards and that this training is current.
Any medical complications that occur will be dealt with by the practitioner carrying out the proceure in the first instance and then if necessary be referred to an expert for advice..
b. What if the practitioner decides that a treatment is not advisable and does not proceed?
The London Skin Clinic practitioners reserve the right not to proceed with treatment if they feel t is not appropriate following your consultation. You will not be charged for the consultation and the decision will be fully explained to you.
5. The London Skin Clinic complaints procedure
Your complaint will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly.
The London Skin Clinic has a philosophy that values patient care and excellence in all we do. We take all complaints seriously and will deal with them with the utmost importance.

Please include as much relevant information as possible, including the procedure undertaken, date, staff names etc.
We will deal with your compaint to ensure:
- Your complaint will be dealt with individually utilising our full attention on the issue concerning you.
- We aim to resolve each issue promptly and politely.
- We will respond to you swiftly with an appropriate explanation and solution where available and proposal to implement that solution.
- We will give you an apology an apology where we are at fault.
- Where appropriate we will endeavour to improve our service in response to any failing we identify.
