Jaw Lift

The jaw lift is also known as the 'Nefertiti lift,' after the Egyptian Queen renowned for her beauty. A series of small injections are given along the jaw line, which relax the muscles that pull down on the jaw and cause drooping (platysmus), and allow other facial muscles to 'lift' the jaw line. This can be combined with other wrinkle-reducing, facial slimming and lifting treatments to produce a non-surgical full facial lift. Drooping along the jaw line and jowls is a common effect of ageing, particularly when combined with a loss of facial volume. It can make you look older than you are, and may also make people perceive you as unhappy, due to dragging on the corners of the mouth. A relatively new technique, the jaw lift has proven very effective in restoring a more youthful, elegant appearance to the jaw and neck line.

There are very few side effects to this procedure. The effects of the jaw lift treatment are likely to be less noticeable if there is excess facial fat in the area, such as a double chin. For best results, repeated treatments every 3 to 6 months are recommended and this will vary person to person. As for all of our procedures, the non-surgical clinic is committed to achieving the best aesthetic result, tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
